Chiropractic Assistant

We’re looking for a warm, organised and people-focused Chiropractic Assistant to be the welcoming face of our clinic and help create an exceptional experience for every patient.

More Than a Reception Job
You’ll play a vital role in keeping our clinic running smoothly and making every patient feel welcome, comfortable and cared for.
During your shifts, you’ll head up our reception area: from managing appointments and answering enquiries to supporting the Chiropractor, restocking products and supplies, and housekeeping. You’ll bring warmth, organisation and a personal touch to everything you do.
You’ll also handle payments, maintain confidential records and take ownership of opening, closing and running your shifts.
Are You the Right Fit?
We’re looking for someone who is:
Warm, empathetic and confident with people
Organised, reliable and detail-oriented
Comfortable using IT systems and managing schedules
Professional, trustworthy and non-judgemental
Interested in health, wellbeing and personal growth
Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service or healthcare is welcome
Chiropractic experience isn’t essential, we can teach you the systems, but genuine care and integrity come from you
