Dr Jonathan Liu

Meet Dr Jon

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr Jonathan Liu earned his Master’s in Chiropractic from The Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC), the largest and oldest chiropractic college in Europe. After graduating in 2007, he began his chiropractic career and has since practised for almost 20 years, in Surrey, Belfast, Edinburgh, and Cupar.

Dr Jonathan is deeply passionate about health and wellbeing and is dedicated to helping his patients lead their happiest and healthiest lives.

As a committed student of chiropractic, he continuously expands his knowledge by attending global seminars, conferences, and training programmes. He has studied a variety of chiropractic techniques, including Gonstead, Syntropy, Chrane Occipital Condyle Lift, Bio-Geometric Integration, Zone Technique, Thompson Drop, Sacral Occipital Technique, NSA, and Diversified, among others. Additionally, he has completed further studies with The Sherman College of Chiropractic, Academy of Philosophers in South Carolina, USA.

Dr Jonathan provides specialised care for pregnant patients and offers paediatric services, including care for infants, children, and adolescents.

Service is a core value of Dr Jonathan’s practice, and he is committed to giving back to the global community. He regularly volunteers on mission trips, including annual visits to India, as well as previous missions providing chiropractic care in Panama and Bali.

Dr Jonathan loves hill walking, time in nature, and good food. He lives in Fife’s East Neuk with his wife and their family.

    Dr Georgia James

    DOCTOR OF CHIROPRACTIC

    Dr Georgia is a Chiropractor from Adelaide, South Australia committed to helping people connect with themselves and achieve optimal health through Chiropractic.

    She has a particular interest in women’s health, pregnancy care and little ones, but is also passionate about supporting people at whatever age they’re at and from all walks of life.

    Georgia loves spending time outside, playing her violin, painting, yoga and exploring all that Scotland has to offer. Her dream day includes a morning beach run and swim/sauna session, going out for brunch with friends, browsing thrift shops and curling up with a good book and mug of chai tea on the couch.

    Jon Lizanec

    SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPIST

    Jon is our Sports Massage Therapist and is currently completing his BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy, combining his university training with hands-on experience here at Realm.

    He often works alongside our chiropractors as part of a personalised chiropractic care plan. Jon also offers stand-alone sports massage and deep tissue massage appointments for anyone recovering from injury, managing aches and pains or simply wanting to move and feel better.

    Jon loves travelling, hiking, trying new things and finding good food wherever he ends up… preferably enough to feed a small family. He’s always chasing the next adventure, usually with an appetite bigger than the plan.

    Liudmyla Harus

    DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE THERAPIST

    With over 16 years of experience, Liudmyla brings deep clinical insight and a truly individualised touch to her practice.

    ​Specialising in rehabilitation and oncology care, Liuda tailors every session to how your body feels on the day. Her versatile approach incorporates hot stone therapy, cupping (vacuum massage), and targeted recovery techniques to ease tension, restore mobility, and support your overall health.

    Outside the clinic, Liuda is a proud mother of two wonderful daughters who loves cooking and exploring human psychology. While missing her time spent gardening, she is busy trying to embrace Scottish life, though she is still honestly attempting to learn to love fish and chips.

    Outside of the clinic, Christine loves nothing better than being outdoors on a country walk with friends and live music. She cherishes her time spent with her son, especially when cheering on Scotland’s rugby team.

    BUSINESS MANAGER

    Hope enjoys hiking, being in nature, cosy time at home with family and the fire on, and cooking and eating good food. Hope and Dr Jon have two cats and are adding to their family with their first baby in early 2027.

    Emily is a people-loving instructor who spent years travelling the globe and performing as a professional dancer on cruise ships, with 55 countries and counting! Bringing joy to people has always been at the heart of what Emily does!

    When Emily’s not teaching Pilates, you might find her helping couples bring their dream wedding to life or swapping her Pilates gear for a princess dress to bring a little magic to children’s parties! She also loves a beautiful view, by (or on!) the sea, watching a sunset, enjoying good food, or spending time with her Border Collie, Beau, who fills every day with love, cuddles and plenty of tail wags.

    Lynn Almond

    TAI CHI TEACHER

    Lynn started practicing Tai Chi in 1999. She started teaching about 5 years later.

    Lynn's love of gardening led to practicing Yoga and now Tai Chi to relieve a sore back. Tai Chi led to starting horse riding quite late in life - but dressage is really just Tai Chi on a horse! Her other main occupation is brushing and stroking and feeding her lovely black & white rescue cat called Angus.

    Dr Joe Anderson has been practicing yoga for 16 years and teaching for the last 7. He gained his 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2019, followed by Restorative Yoga Teacher Training in 2020, and Sound Therapy Training in 2023. With a keen interest in both the physical and psychological benefits of these disciplines, Joe is always learning new ways to make his classes supportive and of most benefit to people. Alongside these trainings, Joe is a Medical Anthropologist and EFT therapist

    Joe is also a musician, who loves spending time in nature and building community.
